We have some very unusual classes lined up because we have some very unusual interests and friends! See the course catalog below!

We also look forward to hosting your special dance event, troupe, workshop, photo shoot, or class!
We have two spectacular walls of 40' infinity mirrors! And, besides the great selection of Dance, Yoga, Costuming and Martial Arts classes, we have all the supplies and accessories necessary to support your needs! Iaido – Japanese Swordsmanship - Senseii Mike Kazmer
Iaido is the discipline of sword. Through Iaido the student learns self-control while tuning reflexes and strengthening the body and spirit. Age: 14+

Belly Dance - Sedona
Sedona's Belly Dance class focuses on Solo Improvisational peformance for Egyptian and American cabaret styles. Whether or not you already know how to belly dance, you need to know how to perform. This class covers both in style! Beginner/Intermediate Ages: 16+

Yoga - Allaire Koslo
Develop your breathing awareness, strength, flexibility, reduce stress, and increase energy. Other rewards are enhanced balance, concentration, and deep relaxation. Yoga is a natural bridge to mind and body health and well being. Beginner and advanced students.

Costuming

Belly Dance Costuming with Krisha
Complete an unfinished project, repair a lost cause, or make your dream design a reality. Join the costuming circle and sew your heart out with friends! Begin a new project or complete an old one. Get help or lend a hand – this is a free class - it’s all about the sharing!

Galaxy
A Belly dance democracy! This is a performing troupe that welcomes all dancers all levels. Share and learn in a non-threatening environment! This is an open dance session for any dancer wanting to perform.

Desert Lotus Tribal
This is a Performing troupe composed of 7 gorgeous dancers with a fusion style. Desert Lotus Tribal is available for your special event. Ask for Dana.

Hiplash!
Founded by Faizeh, this performing troupe will take your breath away! Call for availability and ask for Faizeh.

Sedona
You've seen her gracing our valley performing at local clubs and events. Have Sedona make your event special as well!

Faizeh
She describes her style as eclectic - she's just pure fun! Liven your event with the beautiful Faizeh!

Wanda
Beauty in motion. Upbeat and classical, Wanda will have your event clapping and dancing along!

On our Interest List ... Pre-register to guarantee a class.
Most instructors need a minimum of 8 student pre-enrollments to commit to a class.

Drumming - Workshop
Basic middle eastern rhythm study for dancers with Jerimiah Soto of Solace. A few loaner drums will be available and I'm taking orders at the shop now for those who want to have one of their own! This will be a workshop done in conjunction with a dance class - dancing to live music! More to COME!!!

Dancing with Live Music - Workshop
Intimidated by the thought of live music? Need to brush up on drum basics? Learn to work together! This 3-part workshop will focus on a dance workshop, a drumming basics workshop, and a joint dance/drumming workshop to put it all together!

Poi
Learn the Polynesian art of spinning Poi - To be held as a club.

Japanese Language
So, some of the guys are planning to go to Japan for additional training and visit Toyoda Soke (their headmaster). They'd like to learn conversational Japanese and we found an excellent instructor to come in and teach. Would you like to learn Japanese too?
